Driver Care Team
Bennett Motor Express has a dedicated Driver Care Team whose role it is to make our drivers successful within the Bennett Network long after orientation is over.
Their role includes:
- Weekly Revenue Reviews to ensure that drivers are making their desired revenue to achieve their personal business objectives
- 30/60/90 Day Calls to each new operator who joins the company to make sure that they understand the system
- Incident Reports to resolve any issues with logs, settlements, safety or operations within 24 hours to ensure timely response to driver concerns
Daily Settlement Calls after examining unbilled load reports to make sure paperwork is submitted by all parties to guarantee the fastest possible settlements to drivers.
Our Driver Orientation is a 2.5 day program designed to get you up and running quickly within the Bennett Motor Express network so that you can achieve success. Our onboarding process helps to familiarize with our systems, policies and personnel, complete your paperwork, and teach you the safety and compliance regulations that we adhere to as a carrier.
Driver Advisory Board
Bennett cares deeply about making the driver experience industry-leading in every way. That’s why we engage a Board of elected drivers from our fleet in semi-annual feedback meetings. Taking place at the MATS Truck Show and our McDonough Driver Appreciation day, the Bennett Driver Advisory Board meetings are lively discussions where management provides business and services updates to the drivers. The board presents feedback compiled from all of the drivers on operational improvements we can make.
Driver Relief Fund
Sometimes in our life we may face a tragedy such as a serious injury, a house fire, or even worse, the loss of a loved one. For many of us, these hardships can be difficult to deal with not only emotionally, but financially as well.
Following our Spiritual Commitment Core Value, Bennett has established its own Chaplain Program to provide spiritual support to drivers while they are on the road. Our trained pastoral staff member facilitates weekly bible studies, 24/7 spiritual and counseling support via an 800 hotline and weekly devotionals posted to our contractor website.
