Bennett assists new contractors with the expenses of transitioning to to our company. Contractors can can receive up to $1,000 Orientation Bonus funds to help with:
- hotel/motel cost
- fuel to come to orientation
- weekly deductions with tag, escrow, insurance and other lease expenses if needed
* If recruit does not complete the lease on or terminates their lease, any remaining balance not used will not be given to the contractor.
Bennett rewards owner operators for making Safety Priority One with cash bonuses for safe driving. Depending on how much you run, you can earn up to $3,000 toward the following year’s plates and permits by attending a safety meeting every 3 months and running claim and accident free. We also offer a clean inspection bonus every time you pass a roadside inspection with zero violations.

Due to the high demand for government freight transport, Bennett offers a $4,000 sign-on bonus for Government Secured teams. If you are an open deck owner operator with active security clearances you are eligible for this sign-on bonus. Contact recruiting for program details.
